This formulation is a dry powder base bacteria blend of preselected, adapted microorganisms used to treat (Fats, Oils, and Grease) FOG in drain lines of food service establishments. This product consumes the buildup of FOG with a by-product of water and carbon dioxide.
Applications: Formulated for the use in commercial kitchen drain lines to remove and prevent buildup of FOG’s and increase the flow of waste water while eliminating the need for the use of harsh chemicals and reduces the need for hydro-jetting. Each packet when mixed with 5 gallons of water and injected using a dosing system will treat drains up to 1000 meals per day. Each dosing system should be timed so that it will inject for 1 minute every hour for 4 hours before the kitchen closes, and 1 minute every hour for 2 hours after the kitchen closes.
